The DelZotti Family first migrated to The Unites States in the early 60's.  Mr. and Mrs. DelZotti came from the beautiful provinces of Calabria and Bari Italy, where cooking is a life stlye.  In 1982, Serafino "Sam" DelZotti started making The DelZotti Family Italian Sausage for a local festival on the east side of Cincinnati Ohio.  The Sausage was an immediate hit! As the years have past.....
